On October 12 we’re coming together to support mental health awareness. Wear GREEN and join us in taking the 5-Day Self-Care Challenge! 💚

Here’s the challenge:

🚶 Go for a Walk (10–15 minutes)

📵 Unplug for 30 Minutes (step away from screens)

✍️ Gratitude List (write down 3 things you’re thankful for)

💧 Hydrate & Nourish (drink extra water + a healthy snack or meal)

🎶 Do Something Joyful (listen to music you love, doodle, sing, or watch something funny)

✨ Tip: At the end of 5 days, notice which one made you feel the best—and repeat it regularly.
